The same thing happened to me a million years ago. I was very sad because he didn't like me and I secretly hated my friend for actually going out with him when she knew I had a crush on him from the moment I saw him.
Long story short, him and I ended up being best friends while he kept having one night stands, and I really was the only steady girl in his life... til this day we are best friends. Oh, and I'm not friends with my girfriend anymore... so I only had good things happen from that.

well honestly you should accept he doesn't have feelings for you. i have been in your position many times it's hard and it hurts but its the truth. if he wanted you he would be pursuing you but he's not and you cannot make someone like you. i find it is better to focus on becoming the type of person that the type of guy you want would be attracted to ( we are going beyond looks and clothes here). like if you want a guy who is fun, honest, intelligent, witty try being that yourself because even if you don't get "the guy" you will still be a better person.

It doesnt matter who he have a crush on from you want him, go for him, Hopefully when he know you better things will work out the way you want it to be.

don't sleep with him first...
i think the best advice is to talk with him.. before you do think about the worst that can happen. if losing him as a friend is not what to want then its probably better to leave it alone. don't know the whole story or how you feel but prepare yourself for the worst and hope for the best.

You should tell your friend the entire situation, first. Then, you should tell the guy how you really feel about him---I hear that guys like a girl that knows what she wants.

tell your friend, to tell the guy that u have crush on that she doesn't have a crush on him, but her friend (which is u) does!

i have gone through same situation. he still hasnt liked me bc i try to help him get a date with crush. so do the exact opposite.

Just tell him how you feel and then talk to your friend and make sure it's ok. If he doesn't feel that way about you then give up and find someone else. Ann
