I'm not a Liberal but I do find it alarmingly silly when ultra conservatives resort to calling Liberals Nazis. Was this ploy conceived by Rove? How does it work? You call someone else what you actually are and take the focus off yourself? Are we letting these types of lies work?

Have known of some very simplified links of the financial dealings and the Bushes connections with Nazi Germany. I have been getting hell for years for talking about them, im going keep the link to back up what I have been saying for years. I am a moderate guy but what the Bush people are doing is criminal.

I am also alarmed buy the comparisons.
By comparing ANYTHING currently happening in the USA to the atrocities of Nazi Germany is to undermine the Hell of the concentrations camps, gas chambers and mass graves!
But I don't see it quite the way you do. Out 50 Qs with the word "Nazi" in the Q & 100 Qs with the name "Hitler," I found 13 from liberals comparing Hitler &/or the Nazis to Bush or other conservatives. I found only one comparsion (in a question) to a liberal. There are at least 2 liberals who's very name is a comparison! (GOP_USA_NAZIS & bush_is_hitler)
When I hear these comparisons, I think of 8 year olds in a school yard. The ultra liberals started it with "Your president is a nazi" and the equally immature ultra liberals respong with "No - you family is a bunch of nazis!"
By making such ridiculous comparisons, both sides lose an opportunity to share REAL, VALID complaints.
(But my quick survey indicates liberals ar 15 times more likely to make the Nazi comparison than the conservatives)
