Research question on big corporations.?

I'm doing research on pre-employment drug screening. Big companies (specifically financial institutions) require drug testing and I am wondering if anyone knows which method they use? Can you help me with this one? (what type of test they use specifically)...thanks

If you are trying to beat the system, forget it. Some use hair testing and they detects any use for months. Get clean instead.
