how do u end a period faster mines last for a week i hate it i cant do anything!

You can't exactly end it faster.. some people have periods that only last 3 or 4 days.. and others have to suffer a whole week. But you could go on birth control, which lightens it and shortens it a few days.

Yes you can do something about it. But, I think you have to be a bit older to start in the first place. I believe it's call Seasonal. It's a drug that makes your periods further apart, like three months, meaning that you would have four periods per year. It comes with all sorts of warnings and really needs to be discussed with your doctor.

If it were too long or too heavy your Doctor would suggest Birth Control. It regulates and helps anemia due to heavy bleeding.
You sound like you are merely inconvenienced, so with the risk of cancers and strokes from taking birth control you should maybe get over it.

i doubt u can do anything about it but avoid eating pineapple or acidic stuffs.
