I have known several women who have had it and had VB without any complications. Unlike the answer below mine you know HPV is not something you can get rid off. It just goes dormant. Here is a site I found. Everything should be fine for the baby

Question

I have been diagnosed with HPV. How will that impact my baby and the way the child is born? Will I have to have a c-section? - Kristi, Laredo

Answer

The Human Papilloma Virus (HPV, or genital warts) is extremely common -- Planned Parenthood estimates that up to one out of 10 Americans have genital HPV infection. While there is a very small risk that the baby can develop laryngeal papillomas (vocal cord warts), the incidence is very low. The thinking for the past several years is to allow vaginal birth in these circumstances. Most authorities believe it is not necessary to do a cesarean delivery.

I was diagnosed with that years ago and have never had any symptoms...and when I got pregnant I was worried about that...I had a pap on my first visit and it came back clear... HPV sometimes corrects itself... I'm scheduled for a regular vaginal birth in a couple of weeks...

Even if you've had a cone biopsy because of "abnormal paps" ...you can still have a circlage, and still have a vaginal birth... You really just have to talk to your doctor...Some doctors are just C-section crazy...because that way they don't get a call in the middle of the night...and they don't have to miss their golf game...they just schedule your labor for when it's convenient for them

70% of c sections in america are planned by the doctors wheter they are needed or not and about half of the "emergency" c sections...are just a case of hospital staff and doctors growing impatient with a lengthy labor...

Do yourself a favor and take a birthing class...a Bradley Method birthing class would be a good one to take...Remember...YOU are the consumer, YOU AND YOUR BABY are the patients...you have the right to be aware and informed about your medical care...and unless you and the baby show signs of distress...there is absolutely no reason to c section.

I'm confused. I had HPV, but my doc cut my cervix and removed it all. I've never heard of it recurring. I never had warts, though. I did have a vaginal birth a couple years after my cervix surgery.

most commonly i'm professional-common start (they do c-sections TWICE up to the leisure of the arena in the united states), however to your case, you're correct. warts are harmful as they are able to be handed on throughout vaginal start. c-sections don't seem to be as unhealthy although as a few cause them to out to be. i have in my view had four and am having my 5th and last this week. supply is a breeze; i have on no account felt a factor, and although the recuperation is difficult, the medications they deliver you're beautiful well. well success!
