Now...plz. don't give me that mumbo-jumbo about a man being master of his destiny...I agree to a certain extent, he/she is...but there are many things in life that you don't have any control over...like being born, the way you are bought up, the kind of values that are inculcated in you, the relatives you have...or many times you found urself in situations you never would have imagined in ur wildest of dreams...or the way your experiences in life change you...

My point basically is...theres something going on, which is already pre-ordained and u will reach ultimately reach where you are destined to go...

I don't believe that destiny = karma. They're not the same.
What one does can alter his karma, and perhaps affect his destiny. But they are not synonymous.

To answer your question, I think we all have the power to carve our own destinies. Lance Armstrong could have just rolled over when faced with cancer, but he survived it, kept training and won races. It all depends on what's inside each individual that determines his or her destiny.

sure to a point......simply lyk each and every little baby think in fairy stories i too think in those ehings which to a few ppl could also be immature.....however to me they're a few form of ideals or desires dat i hv of my long term....i think dat i hv a fate which i wud get to understand wen i am equipped for it...i think in karma...sins or watevr identify would possibly accept to it...and that i do think dat i hv a soul mate somwer on this wrld who i will be able to meet in time.....

i don't think karma is destiny, i believe karma is what goes around comes around.
