That if you put sweet-n-low and dairy or liquid non-dairy in a cup before the hot coffee is poured in the creamer will look like it has soured after you pour the hot liquid in. And as a waitress you will throw 100's of cups of coffee out as well as creamers usually during breakfast rush hour. And then after 30 years waitressing someone will show you and you'll go "Damn, I did not know that."
