Well I know the first Argentine player in the NBA was Pepe Sanchez. Pepe Sanchez was an all star at Temple University. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in 1998. And I think right now, there is Manu Ginobli who is from Bahia Blanca, Argentina.
He was drafted in 1999 and in the 2nd round (28th pick) by the San Antonio Spurs
I am unsure whether or not there are any in the NFL or NHL.
