I have one and its really good. I own the Phat DS also but I prefer the DS lite.
The Lite is much smaller than the original one, it lost some weight. Much brighter and the funny thing is my old games looks brand new when I play it on my DS lite. The controls have a soft feel, controling is much easier. Plus the design is just really sleek. Its pretty shiny too. And for 129.99 its a bang for ur buck. Be sure to check out DS Opera Browser comin out soon for USA it will allow ur DS lite to go online and browse the web!!!

Some think the DS Lite is less filling, but I think it tastes great.

It is really great. The backlight is really bright and when you change the light settings, the light doesn't turn off, like the DS. It is smaller, lighter, and just better overall.
