Ah, the sad little life of a cubicle-hamster.

You don't realize how good you have it. I run two businesses on my own, and i'm pulling my hair out on a daily basis. Imagine if you didn't make any money on the days where you had nothing to do. Or if no matter what went wrong, it came back to you... the buck stops here. You should be glad you have some downtime during the day. Bring a book to work, do a crossword, or a sudoku puzzle, or answer questions on yahoo... play fantasy sports, or research insurance prices... theres a million things to do on the internet.

Would you rather be bored and doing nothing, or sitting there so freaking busy that you go home every night crying and ready to quit because of the stress level?

Personally, I'll take a happy medium. :) Some days it's really crazy around here, other days I sit and balance my check book, answer questions, file my nails, etc. (JK about the nail filing thing. I'm not Mrs. Wiggins from the Carol Burnett show, LOL)

Be creative! Find something to keep you busy that is enjoyable. We create our own environment by our own attitude. Attitude is everything.

I'm in the same boat you are. As soon as you come up with something, let me know.

It's not your calling. Seek out your calling and that will never be an issue.
