Okay. I want to become an actress but I am only 12 years old. Should I wait until I am older?

have you ever seen "Child Stars Revealed" on E! ?
the children commited suicide, got into drugs, got abused,
got uncute... it didn't matter how good they acted... it got horrible!!!
but im not your mind... so do whatever you please.

You're not too young. However I would suggest that you wait until you're older so that you could fully understand the ins and outs of the game. If you have a community center you can go to and be in neighborhood plays, that could also get you some experience. So your money would not get taken and in the long run you are left with nothing. I would tell you to stay in school get something else to fall back on, and always follow your dreams. Good Luck.

I say the earlier the better.So start now while you're still young enough to do/achieve things in your life.Because before you know it you'll be to old to even get up and move a finger.(LOL)

Start by getting involved in your local community theater and/or school drama club, those are both good starts, but most of all stay true to yourself and never let anyone bring your down.

actually you might be too old because most actors/actresses started modeling as toddlers...look at mary kate and ashley olsen! they got their first gig at 6 months! definitely try and get into acting as soon as possible

ur not too young. look at Dakota Fanning. and mary-kate and ashley olsen started when they were a baby. ur never too old to follow your dreams. so good luck.
