Why is Hezbollah firing these rockets ?

Question

If you are one of the people in Hezbollah and have a laptop or something portable and are reading this, could you stop firing them for a moment and answer this question as here in England I would really like to know ? Thank you in advance !

I wanted to get an answer from the people involved - to get a history lesson if you like - and the only answer so far that seems to have been close - is from Hillary Clinton Sucks and at the moment is the closest to getting the10 points. It was almost actually meant to be a rhetorical question - but never mind !

Because zey are only obeying ze orders from zeir paymaster in Iran - Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. This is part of Ahmadinejad's and Hezbollah's strategic plan to wipe Israel off the face of the map.

Anyone who thinks Hezbollah are firing rockets to defend themselves - as they provoked this - probably also think their Fuhrer Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is a nice cuddly fella who DOES NOT want to Wipe Israel Off the Face of the Map, and only desires World Peace.

Hezbollah claim to be The Army of God. Other people beg to differ and think they are in fact the Army of the Godless and not a bunch of nice cuddly fellas.

At a recent Stop the West rally (yes, I know, but that’s their real agenda) demonstrators waved placards proclaiming ‘We’re all Hezbollah now’. Really? If so, why were they allowed to parade in Trafalgar Square? In a sane society they should surely all have been arrested as a self-proclaimed army of holy warriors whose explicit aim was to murder untold numbers of innocents, destroy Britain, America and the free world and subjugate them to the dictatorship of the Ayatollahs.

In Britain there are thought to be relatively few Khomeinists compared with Sunni terrorists. But there are enough to form a serious potential security threat if Iran decides to unleash Hezbollah against targets in the UK. And that is now a real possibility.

And now Iran has explicitly singled out Britain as a target for attack - not because of Lebanon or any other recent event.

Anybody who imagines people in a war zone sit around and play Yahoo games on their laptops must either be about 12 years old or lacking in basic intelligence.As for the people in England really wanting to know.I am in England but some years ago I had the misfortune to be working in Beirut during the previous Israeli bombardments on Lebanon.Short answer,Hizbollah are firing rockets at Israel because they for once have the serious means of fighting back.From England I wish them all the luck their bravery deserves.

they want to destroy Israel. but let me tell you that the barage of rockets will subside soon. the new unslaught you have witnessed in the last two days is because they do not want to show that they are being defeated. what i would like to suggest is for every one in yahoo answers to sacrifice 5 point to appeal to both parties to stop the war.
