My boyfriend and i had sex last night and in ther middle of it i got this sharp pain in my stomach and my lower back very close to my butt. We kept going after the pain, then when he moved a certain position i felt it even more and we had to stop. It hurt so bad i cried. When i tried to get up and get dressed it hurt to sit up. And this morning it still hurts a little, like when i bend over. We have been together for a while and this has never happened before. Any ideas what it could be?

she more than likely has a cyst on her ovary and they do burst without it being a danger......
your girlfriend needs to see her obgyn to obtain the correct labs and diagnosis....
i feel for her....i had it. the cure was birth control pills...it shrinks the cysts on her ovaries....
however, it could mean she has polycystic ovaries, so again, a trip to the doc will reveal her diagnosis.

You need to contact your doctor, it could be some sort of infection.
