ok Go to lavaridge town & beat Flannery the gym leader of Fire pokemon
So a water Ground or rock pokemon would do good
after that Flannery will give you Tm50 overheat A strong fire Attack thack sharply cut the sp atk
After you exit the gym leaders cove Your rival Brndan or May will come out off this shop and he or she will give you the go goggles
So you can go through the sandstorm

Beat the 4th gym leader and comeout. Ur Rival will give u the goggle gogles
