I would consult with an attorney about the stealing money part. You need to cover your a r s e and make sure you do things properly and have clear evidence. Although there are Whistleblower Protection Laws, it still could be quite uncomfortable.

I think that I would keep my mouth shut about the wife thing, that's not really your business. But I would probably got to Human Resources about the stealing money from the company - that's obviously illegal and they should know that he's stealing.
