Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, make sure to get servings of breads and dairy, too. Lay off sugary junk foods and drinks as much as possible. Drink around 8 glasses of water a day. Exercise - start gradually then every few days or so challenge yourself a little more.

I rarely get colds because I take daily multivitamin, exercise, drink plenty of water and practice good hygiene. This includes bathing regularly washing my hands before meals and after bathroom use. Another way to stay healthy that most people do not think about is keeping your hands out of your mouth

Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, preferably more.

Eat 5 servings of fresh fruits and veggies everyday.
Stay away from caffeine and sugar.

Eat right don't eat a lot of junk food. work out I little bite is another good thing. Be active after you eat so you won't gain any pounds. Don't eat right before bed or you will get fat.
