contact this Loren Coleman at the link below. I didn't find one univeristy that offered this as a university major. I did find that the University of Southern Maine may offer a class in this field. Good Luck, this field is so interesting!

Any school that teaches Zoology. Crypto- is just a field or research area for things we haven't discovered yet. You would need to know Zoology to be a cryptozooligist.

There is a college in Wisconsin that has a degree program in Pseudo Psychotherapy Paleontology. Basically disturbed people who go around pretending they are "Barney". So I am guessing they got what you're looking for as well. Ease on the cheese.
