Norton Anti virus has live updates. Once I installed them I could not access any secure sites like wells fargo, Ebay, or my email. I have looked at several things that may have caused this. I am sure that it involves Norton somehow. If anyone is familiar with this problem and Norton software please help. Thanks.

Anti Virus are fine, but, in my opinion, Norton is the most annoying. It even checks your documents if you are off-line!!!
You will be better off removing Norton altogether (as we do on all our systems), and just install a good firewall.

go to norton option, turn off worm protection

Done that! and done with that. Macafee is working great for us
for a very long time now.
