I don't think I have publisher but what other kind of software can you use? Powerpoint?

Dreamweaver is #1 but it's expensive.
Only use Microsoft FrontPage if you want to create crappy websites with bloated code.
For free software, try the html editor in Mozilla Suite.
Coffee Cup has a free hmtl editor and free templates.

While Dreamweaver is the best out there, but its expensive, but, microsoft in its beta stage is already giving it competition & its free to. Its by the name-- microsoft Expression web designer.

theres a bunch of stuff out there but Dreamweaver is the big dog on the block. search on download.com for alternatives.
