how do i delete previous web searches from reappearing when typing for a another search?

Try right clicking on the search box. That's how mine works.

On your internet explorerer there is a menu called tools. Select that then internet options. Then choose to delete temporary internet files, and history, and the cookies.

Then click the content tab and click the auto-complete button then clear forms and clear passwords.

clear your history by going to Tools -->Internet Options -->on the General tab, click on Clear history. =)
