Use a good cleanser every morning and night. You don't want to pinch the skin. This could cause bruising or scaring of the skin. You want to remove the dirt that is causing the blackheads by cleansing your face twice a day.

5 Steps to good skin care:
Cleanse - remove dirt and impurities
Exfoliate - remove dead surface skin cells
Freshen - Tone skin and refine pores (This step is what helps reduce blackheads)
Moisturize - soft & smooth skin
Protect - UVA/UVV=B

Mary Kay has a great skin care line.

Take the "Hoop" end of a bobby pin and gouge it over the blackhead and it pops right out like a blob of grease then put alcohol or "sea Breeze" on the affected area. It only stays red for a few minutes. isn't painful and fully effective.

My daughter uses Clearasil face wash and the vanashing creme. Seems to work very well for her. She also does an at home facial at least once a month. St. Ives has several that are very good.

Bath regularly. Wash your face. The blackheads are dirt stuck in your pours.

Proper hygiene will do your face wonders.

Sometimes my face will start to get them. I get a pot of hot hot water and hold my face over it with a towel over my head to hold in the steam. Opens the pore's and then I wash and wipe my face. Works for me and is free.

Go to the store. I have seen many black head treatments look at them and try one. Good Luck!
