You can sue them for anything you would sue another for. If they have violated your rights, and there is a law to support that claim, then you can sue them. You can't sue them because you don't like them.

You can sue anyone you want for anything you, the question is whether or not you'll win.

according to this book I read ,youcan sue just about anybody, anywhere, for anything at any time

Nuisance, Trespass, Negligence, Rylands v. Fletcher, Assault and Battery, Libel and Slander etc. etc. - It all depends what they've done or haven't done.
