Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
I think he was brilliant in that role and kept the movie from being a complete stinker.
The second if I could choose another is John Travolta in Face/Off.
Spooky I tell ya, he can play the hell out of a pyscho!

He is the only character I have truly developed a hatred for.
