It's AWESOME for sore throat. It got me through a straight month of a sore throat great. I bought it at my local herbalist and herb store. Try looking in your yellow pages for someone who might sell it under 'HERBS'.

Plus, this link describes what herbs are in the tea that might also be beneficial to you if you can't find the tea and want to try to blend your own. I would ask the herbalist at whatever store you find to help you with the blending to make sure that it tastes okay too!

Good luck!

What is that you are so sore to express?

Throat is a centre of expression and creativity so sore throat is usually a sign some expression is either repressed or not expressed the right way.

Express it and relive the tension and soreness from your throat.

Other remedies:
Add Ginger juice, to honey and a shake grounded black pepper. Lick it off the spoon, gradually.

Also gargle with warm water with salt added to it.

My grandmother used to mix lemon juice, honey and a bit of whiskey. One tablespoon once an hour. The idea is to soothe the throat, not get drunk.
