The problem is the Mel is a role model and him having those kinds of opinions and having thousands if not millions of people looking up to him that could cause a big problem.
Personally I'm upset by the fact he hasn't apoligised for being drunk and driving, many many lives have been changed by someone getting drunk and driving and he is lucky no one was injured.
I think you get to see who a person really is when they are drunk, so anyone who didn't already know now should know that he is not very smart (tried to drive), has a problem with jews, and thinks he can get away with anything. I personally don't think the Mel is a very good person and this just proves it to me one more time and I hope people stop looking up to him as a role model because he is not.

I will get over it and have
but drunk is no excuse....that's what he truely thinks deep down if he knows it or not....and being drunk surpressed his common sense and allowed the truth to come out
this isnt the only wrong thing he has said or did and I will always remember this and will not have the same opinion as i did b4 of him
as a jew i can forgive but not forget we all make mistakes i know
and i won't see any pieces of work he does in the furture because i have never felt the urge to see any of his work in the past so i defiantly wont start now

The media is just too obsessed with celebrities. One wrong move and we never live it down. We should just give him a break.
