Seriously, scientists have recognized the existence of up to 11 dimensions, although they can only be proved to exist mathematically, not in any mundane reality.

The fourth dimension is considered to be that of movement. So, if you were to take a ride in an automobile, or on a bus, you would be changing your relationship to that of physical time. But, due to our movement, as a planet about the sun, and the sun within the Milky Way, plus that of the spin of our planet, you have already entered into the 4th dimensional journey - you just didn't know it. It appears the more difficult question would be, "How do I get out of the 4th dimensional time journey?"
