I am always told I look younger than I am and these are the two reasons I think this is so:
1. Drink lots of water everyday and I mean water not any other liquids e.g. fizzy pop or tea/coffee
2. Wear sunscreen (min. 15SPF) every day.
Good Luck!

Take better care of yourself; eat fresh fruit & vegetables - no processed foods, buy some new clothes, get your hair cut by a new stylist & get your make-up done by a professional - you probably won't even recognize yourself! In regard to clothing, you may (like the rest of us) have body issues. You need to remember that larger clothing won't hide your figure & make you look younger. Buy clothes that fit - not loose, not tight. Keep shopping & trying things on until you find them. Also, look alive! By this I mean enjoy life. Are there any activities or hobbies you have ever wanted to try? Try them! And nothing helps your complexion more than exercise - even if it is just a walk. Go out with others or by yourself and HAVE FUN!

There are a number of factors that contribute to premature aging, including poor nutrition, lack of exercise, toxins, smoking, injuries and stress, among others. These negative influences affect the inner workings of your entire body, impairing the function of your brain, immune and cardiovascular system, muscles, tissues and cells. This can lead to any number of serious health conditions, from chronic inflammation to osteoporosis to hardening of the arteries.
Fortunately much recent research indicates that an antiaging supplement may help slow the aging process, in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise program. There are nutrients that are essential to the proper functioning of your organs...without these nutrients your body is simply unable to perform at maximum efficiency.

Get an up-to-date hair cut. Look at yourself critically, is there anything that maybe looks a little too eighties? Dressing younger than your age can also make you look older. Just some thoughts.

One way I have fought aging is through the use of vitimans. Also drinking lost of water helps because it hydrates your body, including your face. When the face is hydrated the wrinkles show less.

I'm guessing you either smoke and/or have spent too much time in the sun. Quit both of those and you might look your age. Exercise and diet help too.

Be natural. Don't wear too much make-up, dress sporty, don't wear nanny clothing, don't dye your hair with unnatural looking colors, get a proper haircut, keep it simple, do exercise, drink water, feel young and you will look young.
