are yours like you see it if first person view like you do when awake or do you see them like you where watching a film and you can see all of yourself. i do both

I have experienced both but I dream predominantly in the 1st person.

Different sorts of dreams come to us at different times. If you're in a deep sleep you may experience very different things from a light sleep. I've dreamt about flying, all my life. It's a recurring theme, since I was a child. Flying, freedom, sometimes into space, sometimes over mountains.

i used to have a dream where i was lying dead in the playground with people looking at me surrounding me, and the "camera" would slowly go upwards into the sky, still focusing on me with some "exit music", and those were the best days of my life i think

I only ever dream in first person I've never heard of third person dreaming
