boys CAN have big boobs and will in fact develop big boobs if they get too overweight or if they drink too much alcohol and kill their liver

men can ahve big boobs i watched it on dr.90210 sometimes theyll jsut start to grow tissue its kinda weird lol i mean ir ur transgender and you want breast implants you can get them...so boys can ahve big boobs

my gramp does have big boobs, he was told by doctors that he doesnt have enough testosterone in his body so he has to take tablets....
