Yes I do, it was an excellent and emotional portrayal of what Christ went through when He died for us, which is the most important thing of all. Mel Gibson is not god, he's human and makes mistakes just like the rest of us.

Yes, the story of the movie hasn't changed in 2000 years. I also think it's interesting that in an interview about the movie, Mel Gibson once said that the only "role" he had in the movie is that it is his hand that you see nailing Christ's hand to the cross. It was a symbolic thing, somehow it seems even more meaningful now.

The movie was powerful pure and simple. What Mel Gibson does and says does not take away from the movie or my respect for him as an actor. As for my respect for him as a person that has changed.

I really like the movie because it told the story of Jesus up to when he was crucified. I can not believe how bad they beat him. He took alot of punishment for us. I do not think it has to do with the same thing. He made this movie before all of this has happened. They act like no other celebrity has ever done this before.

why wouldn't I? The media was complaining that Mel made the movie anti-semetic. According to the bible, the Jews wanted to have Jesus killed. The movie portrayed what the bible says but every one says that Mel hates Jews.

The story itself does not change just because the person behind it did something stupid. It is still on compelling piece of work. The amount of booze in his system does not change the amazing cinematography involved. It does help that he is not in it though.

Sure why not? Why would any of that change? I feel the media is getting too caried away with this. Had it been any other person, the world would have just shrugged it off. We need to move on...
