I think the enemy at home is not people who criticize the president, who's actions have warranted real criticism.I think the problem is Nationalism, the nutty,right-wing fundamentalist belief that a country can do NO wrong,no matter how much wrong it does. This is why some people compare Bush to Hitler.Bush is no Hitler, but the morbid similar characteristic of dangerous nationalism is there.
Now in an election year the Democrats are poised to regain the Senate, and even some Republicans are disgusted.
This is the conservative scam:
1-The said we would "be greeted as liberators"Cheney
2-Iraq wont take long and will go so well
3-The first two FAIL,resulting in civil war.
4-Republicans,out of tricks at this point, blame dissenters of the president who were pretty much right all along.

The question is how low can you GO?Libs the "enemy"?Please. If you dont like the sound of me telling you the truth about Bush, too bad.

If you want a right-wing mouthpeice in an election year, look elsewhere.

I'm a conservative and I think Bush should be impeached and thrown into the hoosegow.

I also fail to see how Bush can be considered a Christian. By their fruits ye shall know them.

Neo-cons want to squelch opposition so they can get away with their agenda, IMO.

I do not mind the idea of dissent; It is necessary to maintain a healthy democracy. However, when this dissent becomes violent and when it makes the sheeple who follow the dissenters absolutely hate America, that is when I have a problem. I agree that thinking one's country can do no wrong is a dangerous thing, however, the only thing more dangerous is the absolute conviction displayed by many that one's country can do no right. It is those who hate America that are passively supporting the terrorists who would kill more of our civilians were they given the chance. I love my country, even though I acknowledge its many faults, because I know that this country allows us, the people, to fix its faults. If the war is not going our way, then our soldiers need our support now more than ever. We cannot give up so easily and automatically label this the next Vietnam. The fight against the Islamofascists will not be an easy one, but it is one worth winning, and in order for that to happen, we must approach this situation with unflagging pride in our soldiers and their cause. We must not be fair-weathered fans of democracy, for the fair-weathered fan's rhetoric when the going gets tough is far more poisonous to the democratic spirit than the rhetoric and actions of those who would see democracy destroyed from the start.
It is only with a strong sense of patriotism, coupled with a keen aptitude for observing and fixing our government's faults, and not just whining about them, that our nation will remain in the pantheon of the greatest nations ever to exist.

This war was started by Saddam when he blew up the towers. It is the best thing that ever happened to me. I got a defense contract and am making more money than I ever dreamed of.

White people should thank their lucky stars they have a war to industrialize. If it wasn't for this war most lazy do nothing whites would be out in a picket line at some broken down factory crying we want more pay for not working.

You don;t see black people picketing black people are smart and industrial. If a black man doesn't have a job he grabs a couple white trash girls and puts them on the street corner. When a white man doesn't have a job he cry's that the president did it.

Wake up and join the Redpublican agenda. If you were to go to a RNC meeting and give them a couple thousand bucks they would hook you up with a good job.

Go big Red Go

What did thaU.S.A do wrong?Attempting to give 50 million people freedom, women voting, ousting brutal dictator who used chemical weapons against his own citizens, tortured and threw victims of his madness into mass graves.I don't know anyone who is blaming dissenters for things that are going wrong with our current conflicts.they are probably just saying that all of the sniveling from the left isn't helping the morale of the American soldiers.Do you know of any war ever fought where everything went as planned?of course you can't.battle plans are not perfect.War is chaos that results in one side winning.(usually anyway)

Fox News has ruined America.

Even Ann Coulter has said the Republicans have gone too far. (I saw a news clip of her saying it).
