They were talking about it on a radio program but I missed the name. It has something to do with stones, (five or six?) and a river? or smooth stone? I know this is kind of vague. Lots of people called in said they loved it. Do you know the name and did you enjoy it?

It could be "Stones from the River" by Ursula Hegi, that's all I came up with from a Google search using your keywords that's a bestseller.
