Hollywood producers are making a film based on your life and have put you in charge of casting. They want it as realistic as possible, so they ask that you pick actors and actresses who look the part. Who would you pick to play your family and friends, and, more importantly, who will play you?

oh wow, this is the best question I have found let. I will so my best.
To play my father I would cast Donald Sutherland. There is another old guy out there who would fit the role better but I can't remember his name now or any of the movies he's been in. He has a moustache. But I think he's also dead so I would have to cast Donald Sutherland because he is not dead (yet).
To play my mother I would cast Kathy Bates. Now, I know you're thinking there's a major age difference between Kathy Bates and Donald Sutherland, but this is Hollywood and we can use makeup and lighting tricks. Plus my dad is older than my mom, anyway.
To play my sister I would cast Toni Collette (my sister is 10 years older than me but Toni is still a bit old. again, makeup and lighting). And if Tiger Woods is looking to get into acting I would choose him to play my brother, who is adopted and bi-racial and looks and acts exactly like Tiger Woods. If Tiger Woods is a bad actor that would be alright because my brother is a bad actor, himself.
To play my best friend Carl I would find an unknown actor, preferabley an openly gay actor because Carl is gay but not neccessarily. I can't think of anybody in Hollywood like Carl, except for maybe John Waters, but Carl would be angry if I cast John Waters to play him.
To cast for my boyfriend Matt is easy because he looks exactly like Steve Buscemi, and I do believe Steve could do a great job of playing him. Did you ever see Ghost World and his character, Seymour? That's just what Matt is like, only younger.
For me, and this is the toughest to cast, I would get Christina Ricci. She looks a bit like me, but more importantly I think she could play me well. She would have to smile a bit more, but she can just pretend she's in Caspar and 13 again and it should work.

I love your question, but there's no one to play my family because wer'e all too normal/ugly and there are not enough normal/ ugly actors.
Nearest I can come up with for physical appearance and appropriate age - my Dad - Joss Ackland, my Mum - Helen Mirren, my sister Patricia Arquette, my brother - Jack Black, and me, um, well I'd like to be played by Helena Bonham Carter, but I'd have to choose Kathy Burke. I think I'm actually somewhere in between!

my oldest son would be played by dylan sprouse and my younger son would be cole sprouse. My husband would be Jim Carrey and everyone says i look just like jessica simpson ( i wish) My mother-in-law would have to be tammy faye baker ( or whatever her name is now) and my father-in-law would be Larry the Cable Guy. My sisters-in-law would have to be the evil step sisters of Cinderella. And for my pet i would want London's pomeranian from Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

ummmmmm okay for my mom i would pick Jackie O *( I know a first lady not an actress) For my dad i would pick Clint Eastwood for may sister i would have Sandra Bullock for my brother i would have Matt LeBlanc and for me i would have Alia Shawcat My best friend Pebbles would be played by herself because nobody can act that dumb *(JK LOVE YA PEBBELS)* and my other best friend Alamo would be played by herself *( sorry i cant change my friends)* thats about it
