Hi! I was wondering if anyone new if someone had a fever, and had Motrin, can she go to the pool if her fever is down to normal?

As in, will she get sicker or anything else?

I think its ok, but don't let her walk around with wet hair for a long time afterwards. Have her take a warm shower and blowdry her hair.

It depends on what caused the fever and how bad the fever was.
If her body is still fighting some sort of viral or bacterial infection, she could pass her illness on to someone else.
Worst case, going down to the pool could lead to becoming over tired and the fever or other symptoms getting worse tomorrow. I'd suggest keeping her in to rest if her temperature was over 99.5 degrees.
