While others like my water ski's that way?

I am not narrow minded. I try to take the wide view of things. Only a real prick would complain about the width of your water ski's.

For the same reason that people complain about the weather, the traffic, gas prices, their in-laws, their jobs, etc. Because they can and because there's nothing they can do about it!
People are creatures of habit - we've been taught to complain, and we take EVERY opportunity available to do so over everything imaginable.

because the four inch width is harder to fit in the space provided for it, however, they dont realize that such width is better for traction and maneuverability
