Medical transcription is... transcribing(typing) audio medical procedures, diagnoses, and patient evaluations.
The requirement are a degree in medical transcription, typing and computer skills.
It is a good field to get into: But if this is something that you want to do from home, which depending on what agency, or company you work for, most places require that you work in office for a length of time before you can contract from home and some prefer that you work solely from the office.. It may be difficult to independently contract out work depending on where you are.

my boyfriend, yeti, went to a faith healer school. he dropped out after the first semester because they said that since he isn't human, he doesn't have a soul. it was a two-semester intensive with scriptural basics, southern accent, and accessorizing polyester as required curriculum. he took an elective in canvass tent repairing and maintenance. the second semester was to be advanced scripture, how to apply wigs and gym sock wads, and using family members as decoys.
