I am moving to Cape Town from Bideford UK,need to freight about 200kg or 100 foot square clothing and personal goods -cheapest option?

It is not that expensive particularly if you pack the goods yourself. Try www.confreight.co.uk whom I have personal experience of. I found them very helpful,reasonably priced and quick.
