You'd like a boy....and I'd like to win the lottery. It's not always best to get what we want. Bringing a child into a relationship that is ending is like going to purchase a car when you lose your driving privelages.

Maybe you are thinking that you would like all your children to have the same father. Maybe you are thinking that a baby might change the relationship. What you don't realize is that before that baby is even born, you are placing a huge responsibility on him. And then have you even considered the fact that you might have a girl. It's not a perfect world honey, and if divorce is on your mind, then a baby shouldn't be.

Why would you want to bring a child into that situation? Isnt being divorce, tramatising enough for the children you have?

Are you thinking divorce is "fun"?? Or, its the "in thing to do"??

Divorce is a traumatising experience for all parties, husband and wife, and children! (The only person who "wins" is the Lawyer!).

I would not bring a child into a situation like this and really wreck your husband, any more than you are going to do now...

I would get a divorce first because that will be another child support payment you'll have to make. Why don't you find someone you like and settle down with then have a child with your next relationship.

P.S. There is no way to ensure you'll have a boy.

The facts are crazy.... If you have another child with the same woman you have a child with now, and the relationship ends, you will pay less child support than if you had 2 children with 2 different moms. Its wrong to have another child with a woman you plan on leaving, but our countrys child support system is ridiculous. Good luck.

Sure have another kid then she can add another 10% of your income to the child support. That's before taxes by the way. Realy If you want another kid but know your going to leave shouldn't you just leave find someone you love and are going to stick by and then think about another kid? Think about it. Frankly if you did get your wife preg on purpose and then leave it would make you an A number 1 loser. LOSER being the nicest thing people would say about you. Does not matter how many children you already have, why in the world would you even consider having another? Especially a boy? What would you be teaching this child? What kind of man would he become?
