Yes, In my area it seems that republicans fly the flag everyday and not needing a special occasion.
Even on national holidays the democrats don't seem to have patriotic pride.
Sadly, more people seem to fly their favorite sports team or nascar number more then the American flag.

No. I am not a Republican nor am I a Conservative but in appropriate occasions I fly the American flag.

Hmm- no, I haven't noticed that- but I will pay closer attention in the future.
I know that in Germany, for example, the same thing applies. But you rarely see anyone flying a German flag, even in Germany itself...if so, then the people flying the flag, from what I gather, are VERY conservative. Hmm.

Yes, I think Republicans and Conservatives are more patriotic where as Democrats and more so Liberals are too self loathing to be patriotic.
Too I feel that the Liberals have too many leftist ideas to truly care for America and are selective in which part of the Constitution to support and defend.
