Still being tried, he went on another hunger strike and is having health problems because of that right now last I heard.
I'd say let's just hand him over to a group of Iraqi's that he's been torturing, and let them do what they want.

his trial is still going on because he is gulity of many crimes and I think they making another one for him. because the court would try sentence him on all the crimes that he did ....

THE TRIAL IS IN THE MIDDLE OF DELIBERATION. HE ASKED TO BE SHOT AND NOT HUNG LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL. SO WE KIND OF KNOW WHERE THIS IS LEADING.
