Premature Ejaculation (PE) is a very common and serious problem suffered by 1 out of 4 males. The causes of PE range from person to person and from psychological to physical. The average time a male suffering from PE is less than 5 minutes of intercourse before they ejaculate.

There are many supplements and techniques that are good for this issue. There are also medications, but those have side effects. I would recommend using 5-HTP 200mg, which is a serotonin precusor. A low serotonin level has been linked to PE, that is why doctors prescribed anti-depressants, 5-HTP will boost the serotonin levels naturally. You can also practice the Natural Ejaculation Control Tecnique.

If I were you, I'd make a quick trip to the loo before things get too amorous and knock one out first. It'll be a good 20 minutes before you are naturally ready to 'go' again which will give you plenty of time to enjoy yourselves.

If you don't have the opportunity to do this, think of the most boring things you can think of during intercourse.

You can always slow the pace down or even pause during intercourse (offer a change of position) if you feel you're getting close. This should hold things back for a short while.

Not a problem. You need an understanding partner. As you feel your getting close - STOP - let the feeling pass and carry on. You'll gradually go longer and longer.
If your young, don't worry about it, most young guys come in their pants at the thought of a leg over. If your older then there are loads of techniques, search the web.

Use a numbing cream that is marketed as "stay up cream" or "climax control" or something similar. It is the identical product as Orajel, but 3 times the price. You can buy it at the drub store on the same aisle as condoms, but if it were me I would just buy orajel. Read the labels and you will see it is the same stuff. Orajel is on the toothaste aisle and the cashier won't look at you funny when you go to pay for it. It is simply a mild topical numbing cream that you rub onto your penis that reduces your sensitivity so you don't *** as fast.

There was an old man of Kent
Whose tool was extremely bent
To save him trouble, he stuck it in double
And instead of cumming, he went.

Worth a try?
