You need to leave that alone, because that right there causes a whole lot of drama that I don't think would want in your life. It could also cause a lot of serious reactions between you and the female. When you don't have to have all that in your life. So be cool if he really want to be with you tell him he needs to let her go. That way you wont have to sneak around.

DO NOT DO IT !!! you wouldn't do something you'll regret because eventually this guy will leave you ( because he's just trying to have some fun) and you will make his girlfriends heart broke so i suggest you not to

you should not do anything you're not comfortable doing. Doing something with you will only get your emotions invovled and if he has a girlfriend, he couldn't care too much about you.

Do it but DO NOT become emotionally attatched. Biggest problem girls have. Guys can do this and not get attached. Thats all you have to do. Just not care. Have a good time, but when its over, its over.
