Spirited Away. It is the highest grossing movie of all time in Japan. It has beautiful animation, deep characters, and strong social/enviromental themes.

I haven't seen Kiki's Delivery Service but out of the other two I would say it's definitely Spirited Away, although Princess Mononoke is really good as well. I've seen some other of the Studio Ghibli movies but I haven't liked any of them as much as I like Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle is one you should check out if you haven't already.

Of the 3 you mention 'Spirited Away' but my favorites are 'Castle in the Sky' and 'Porco Rosso'
