Actually, LA is the front runner for a new team. The NFL has been desperate to get a team in LA since Al Davis moved the Raiders back to Oakland.
Other outside possibilities include San Antonio and Portland, but they might not be large enough to support a football team.

Savannah,Ga definitly needs one. We have so much of talent down here in the south, til I think we will make a great expansion team. I would love to see us compete with the Atlanta Falcons, and you know who is going to be under rated, and I see alot of potential in this kid. No other than if Savannah had a team, there starting quaterback will be, Marcus Vick.
