Every day:
Running 2 miles without stopping once or running one mile three times about 6 hours apart.

OK. It depends on what you're training for, like your goal, and how in-shape you are. It seems kinda like you're going for distance running. I would say if you want to build up endurance running 2 miles without stopping is good. If you're just going for mileage for one day the latter is ideal. Once you build up endurance you can go for 3 miles without stopping, then 4, and so on. Running more than once a day for me would be a hassle because then I'd have a lot of laundry on my hands from changing each time I go running.

don't.,, eventualy your bone will be eroded and you get more disease than good,,,

if you ask, a shot and more frequent is better than long and 1 hit training, it gives your body more time to regenerate the broken tisues,
better try aerobic to train your breath

Depends on if you are training to be a sprinter or long-distance runner.

Interval training is better. It lets your body rest and recharge.
