It depends... Gold is worth a lot more than silver
besides the price of valuable metals stay pretty much the same but they do fluctuate throught the day and change over time.
An ounce of gold will probably get you like 300-500 dollars
an ounce of silver will probably get you like 100-200 dollars... maybe even 50 dollars or 250..

To see the 'live' spot NY gold price and some museum size gold nuggets I suggest you visit a great site I found a few months ago. I purchase a few nuggets from them just about a month ago, and not only are they beautiful to look at but in just the last few weeks they have really moved up in value!

I'm actually saving to purchase others!

It would depend on the type of gold ....you know 18k is better than 10k gold.
Also if you were selling gold by the ounce it probably would depend on the area you were trying to sell it in.

It depends on the market for gold and silver. Right now copper is the hottest thing right now.

a lot of money. Right! gold/silver is worth so much, but it has to be real, not fake.

"i have more of these rocks than you do , therefor , i am worth more than you are."...."ooooh , look , shiny rocks , uuuguh boooguh."........now its "this slice of dead tree is worth more than that slice of dead tree , and im a better person , and youre not....." we value our entire lives with sticks and stones....how silly , when are we going to get out of this silly stone age???
