we usually say "do your best!". What would you say with the same meaning, so as to have that person do his very best?

I'd say give 100%, or please give the best of your ability.

I'd say, "please do it to the best of your ability." I'm simply asking for the best he can do. No more, no less. And politeness can often work wonders too.

i think supporting them or giving them extra cash would help....or maybe something lyk, the more money u make by putting effort in, the more u get paid
