Mr./Ms. or in my office...by the first name. The letters should be used after the name in correspondence ie) John Smith, PA.

You call them P.A., like P.A. Smith. Or call them by their first name. They put their pants on one leg at a time just like you do, so they are no better or worse then you are. Why is it ok for them to call you by your first name and you not call them by their first name? Answer: it's not ok.

Mr. or Miss. (Whatever) This is the correct way to me. It shows some respect for the person.

When my Doctor is busy and I have to see his P.A. I call her by her first name. That's what she said she preferred to be called by.
