Hell no. This place is on the verge of becoming even greater than anyone can imagine. All this hysteria is due to the media spreading and propagating an 'alarmist attitude' in people. This keeps everyone in a sort of subserviant mode. I think that a great nation of peaceful intellectuals will arise and take power and nothing but good graces and humanity will prevail.

I think the USA will last about another 100 to 125 years, maybe a little longer if the government stops spending like a pimp with only one week to live, and if we show the rest of the world that we won't take any crap from anyone, and if we improve our schools to a point where they are among the best in the world, and if our morals improve, and if we make sure "global warming" doesn't result in draught, famine, floods, etc. and if our people get stronger, more self-reliant, and don't rely on the government for everything.

If we fail to take care of business as outlined above, the Fat Lady will be warming up soon, and our kids will hear flushing noises coming from The Great Toilet into which this nation will plunge itself.

If we look at the great and mighty nations of the past, the Babylonian empire as well as the Roman empire did not stand forever. Kingdoms rise and fall.
