Honesty, the best advice I could give you is to go to the local music store and buy yourself a piano book with this information in it. It'll be $15 at most, but it will have all the information in one place and you'll be able to use it over and over.
Though, here a couple sites that do have most of the information on them.
Hope this helps

I believe your best approach to hone in on music theory is to buy a book at your local music store that is specific to the instrument you play--if you play one. The cost could start as low as $5 and reach as high as $50.

Otherwise, seek a book for the vocalist that will explain better those topics you mentioned. The Chromatic Scale is the easiest. Begin with a key letter and progress upward and then backward, such as:

F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B, C, C#, D, D#, E, and F

Going down you'd use flats:

F, E, Eb, D, Db, C, B, Bb, A, Ab, G, Gb, and F.

Plus, once you learn the sharps and flats in any key signature, you can then determine which notes are sharped or flatted to obtain their proper placement on your instrument.

I hope this is helpful.

You don't need this to be on "American Idol"!
